Dry leasing,
structured around you.
We connect airlines and operators with aircraft owners and lessors, helping identify dry lease opportunities tailored to operational and commercial requirements.
For Operators and Airlines
A dry lease lets an operator take an aircraft onto its own AOC without the capital commitment of ownership. We help identify aircraft available on dry lease and connect both sides of the conversation — from first discussion to contract coordination.
- Aircraft matched to network, fleet type and schedule
- Introduction to aircraft owners and lessors
- Support from first discussion to contract coordination
- Commercial terms aligned with your operation
For Aircraft Owners and Lessors
For owners and lessors, we help position aircraft with operators whose requirements genuinely fit — identifying qualified counterparts, facilitating introductions and supporting the commercial process with discretion at every stage.
- Identification of qualified operators
- Facilitated introductions
- Coordination through the commercial process
- Confidentiality throughout
Dry lease, in plain terms
A dry lease is an aircraft lease without crew, maintenance or insurance: the operator takes the aircraft on with its own AOC, crew and maintenance arrangements.
Where aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance are provided together, that is ACMI — wet leasing. We can support either.
See ACMI & Wet LeasingHow we work
Our role is to connect the right parties and help move the process forward with clarity and discretion. Final terms, technical verification and documentation remain with the parties involved and their advisers.
- Requirements defined before any introduction
- Structured introductions, clear communication
- Coordination kept on the record
- Follow-up until terms are agreed
